Darina Gottmann

Darina Gottmann has been always surrounded by art from childhood and into photography memorizing the moments through the lens. The idea of photos of stereo architecture appeared in front of Pantheon in Rome, back in 2014, being surrounded by hundreds of people with cameras in their hands. “I just don’t want the same image,” she said. The concept is based on non-stop movement and traveling, discovering what is to be wanderlust. Mixed memories of places make the impact on the idea of transparent photo, that can be re-placed in a playful way; same as the reflection of the light that gets through the printed architecture picture and reflects the shadows on a (preferably white) background, revealing its structure, like city of ghosts.
